At Jolie Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit to our warehouse.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
